Garrie M. Antonini, 99,
passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Morrison Woods Health Campus.
Garrie was born on June 18,
1913 to Garrie W. and Nellie (Black) Morris in Eaton, Indiana. She graduated
from Eaton High School in 1931 and then attended Ball State College.
She worked as a secretary
plant manager at Owens Illinois Glass Company in Muncie for 33 years. Garrie
also attended the Eaton United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her loving
nieces and nephews; Judy Morris (Linwood) Reed, Muncie, Janet Morris, Florida,
Janine Edmundsen, Pittsburg, PA., Don (Nan) Morris, Muncie, Richard (Sharon)
Morris, Eaton.
Garrie was preceded in death
by her parents, her husband, Ettore Antonini; two brothers, James Morris and
Wayne Morris; and a sister, Dana Morris Myers.
Funeral services will be held
at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200
S. Hartford St., Eaton, with Pastor Rusty Clements officiating. Burial will
follow in Gardens of Memory, Muncie.
Visitation for family and
friends will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Friday,
January 11, 2013 and one hour prior to the funeral service on Saturday.
Memorials may be to any
church, charity, or organization or your choice in Garrie’s name.
