Mrs. Teena Marie Blair, 42, passed away, on February 15,
2015 at her home.
Teena was born in Muncie on November 2, 1972 to Larry Fulk
and Nancy White. She attended Monroe
Central High School and later went on to achieve her CNA.
She worked as a CNA at Albany Nursing Home and also
Westminster Village in Muncie.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Blair, four children:
Eric Childress, Jeffrey Childress, Alissa Marie Miller, and Chelsea Nicole
Miller; all of Eaton, her parents, Larry L. Fulk of Dunkirk, and Nancy White of
Farmland; four siblings, Tonja Fulk, Farmland, Teresa Johnson, Farmland, Tammy
Kiger, Muncie, and Shaun White, Farmland; a step-daughter, Angela St. John;
step-grandchildren, Gabriel and Abigail St. John; her mother and father-in-law,
Max and Delphia Blair, brother and sister-in-laws; Randy and Sandy Blair and
Michael and Kim Blair; as well as several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Teena was preceded in death by her aunt, Cheryl Cox.
Private family services will be held at Pitman-Richman Funeral
Home with Brian Waters officiating.
Burial will be held at Union Cemetery, Eaton.
