Vickie S. Capps, 57, passed away Friday, July 27, 2012 at IU
Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
Vickie was born on February 17, 1955 in Muncie to Louis and
Thelma (Bowling) Steinhall. She
graduated from Delta High School in 1973 and attended Ivy Tech and Ball State
University. She married Tommy Capps on
November 1, 1997 in Windfall, Indiana.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Capps, two sons,
Jackie L. Haffner, Jr. (Stephanie), and Steven Haffner (Julie), one daughter,
Amy Marie Sneed (Michael), five grandchildren: Cierra Haffner, Ariel Haffner,
Isaac Haffner, Isaiah Haffner, and Tina Crum, and former husband and best
friend, Jackie L. Haffner, Sr.
Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and
Thelma Steinhall.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 am, Monday, July
30, 2012 in the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton with
Rev. Chris Neel presiding. Burial will
follow in Gardens of Memory, Muncie.
Visitation for friends and family will be on Sunday, July
29, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
