Danny G. Millinix, Jr.


Shideler, IN

Danny G. Mullinix Jr, 38, went to be with the Lord with his family by his side on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at his home.

Danny was born on December 3, 1975 to Danny and Cheryl (VanPelt) Mullinix, in Muncie, Indiana. He attended Delta High School and played football there.

He married Rebecca Rexroat on April 19, 1997 in Gaston, Indiana.   He attended Open Gate Ministries as well as Glad Tidings Church.

Danny worked at Rock Tenn in Eaton for 20 years, was a member of the United Steel Worker, and enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting.  What Danny loved most of all was his family and spreading the word of the Lord by ministering where he could.  Danny was Ordained through Messiah Bible Fellowship.

Suvivors include his wife, Rebecca, seven children, Michael Mullinix (Amillia), Doc Rouse-Mullinix, Nathan Mullinix (Janiece), Sara Mullinix, Nora Mullinix, Odis Mullinix, and Mark Mullinix; his parents, Danny Mullinix Sr and Cheryl Mullinix, two sisters, Michelle Pease (Brandi) and Jennifer Rouse (Mike), two grandchildren, Maddie and Hollyn, two sisters-in-law, Laura Vermillion (Todd), and Markie Rexroat, as well as several nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Open Gate Ministries, 10000 N County Road 525 W.  Gaston, IN 47342, with Pastor Eric Morgan officiating.  Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory, Muncie.

Visitation for friends and family will be at Open Gate Ministries on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. and from 9:00 A.M. until services Saturday.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton.

Jeffrey W. Younce


Lewisville, IN

Jeffrey W. Younce, 61, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, July 11, 2014 at Hancock Regional Hospital.

Jeffrey was born on April 18, 1953 in Muncie, Indiana to Donald and Janet (Bales ) Younce.  He was a 1971 graduate of Wes-Del High School and went on to serve his country in the Navy.  

In 1980, Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ball State University; Majoring in Criminal Justice, Social Studies, and Sociology.  In 1985 he earned his Master’s in Education from Ball State.

Jeffrey worked for Allied Barton Security at Lafayette Square in Indianapolis.

He is survived by his mother, Janet Younce,  companion, Carolyn Auten and her daughter, Lindsay Auten, two brothers: Steve Younce (Pat Barnes), and Randy Younce (Becky), a sister, Lynn Scroggins (Stephen), six nieces and nephews: Michelle Jennings (Matt), Jason Fuson (Brandy), Kevin Scroggins (Ginger), Devin Scroggins, Jordan Younce, and Kelsey Younce, as well as many friends. 

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, Donald Younce.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M.  July 15, 2014 at the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton, with Max James officiating.  Burial with Military Rites by the Delaware County Veterans Honor Guard will follow in Jones Cemetery, Muncie.

Visitation for family and friends will be at the funeral home on Monday, July 14, 2014 from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. and one hour prior to services Tuesday.

Dianna Studebaker

The Lord called home our loved one, Dianna Studebaker, on July 6, 2014.  If you were fortunate enough to know her, you know that her generosity was ever present, her work ethic was unsurpassed, and her kindness was unconditional.  Her family and friends were greatly blessed by her presence in their life.

Dianna was born on November 6, 1949 in Muncie to Harold and Betty (Bailey) Clevenger.  She was a 1968 graduate of Delta High School. 

On March 24, 1972, she married Gary Studebaker in Eaton.  Together they would raise their two children.  Dianna was a former member of Beta Sigma Phi.

Dianna loved flowers and worked at Marsh in the floral department but what she loved most of all was her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gary Studebaker, a daughter, Shellie Goldman (husband, Sam), a son, Kirk Studebaker, her sister, Sandy Kirtley (husband, Terry), three grandchildren: Katie Studebaker, Chloe Goldman, and Sammy Goldman, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Dianna was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Betty Clevenger, and her mother-in-law, Nellie Studebaker.

Services will be private for the family.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, Eaton.
