Dennis Ross Londt


Muncie, IN
Dennis Ross Londt , 60, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013 after a lengthy illness at the IU Medical Center in Indianapolis.
He was a graduate of Central Noble High School and Indiana/Purdue University at Fort Wayne with a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.  He was a Medical Technologist MT/ASCP and worked in laboratories in Indiana, Ohio and Texas.
 He was born in Wolf Lake, Indiana to the Howard E. Londt and Dorothy Walker Londt who both preceded him in death. His brother, Edward (Jane) Londt lives in Huntertown, Indiana and sister Peggy (Chris) Wegenka lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Dr. Susan Cole Londt of Muncie, four children Joseph (Heidi) Londt of Fort Worth, Texas, Kelly (Aaron) Gnap of Doylestown, Ohio, Kristen Londt of Muncie and James (Holly) Londt or Fort Wayne, Indiana.
  He was at his best when surrounded by his nine grandchildren or when walking his dog, on his motorcycle, or in his garden. He did not know many strangers either human or canine.
 Calling in Muncie will be at the First Baptist Church from 4:00-7:00pm on Sunday, December 22nd and the funeral will take place at 11:00am (calling at 10:00am)  on Monday, December 23rd at the Merriam Christian Chapel on US Highway 33 near Albion, Indiana,  Interment at the Thorn Cemetery, Ormas, Indiana. He is resting in the arms of His Savior. A

Alma D. McFall

Alma D. McFall, 89, passed away, Monday, December 16, 2013 at Signature Health Care in Muncie.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Eaton First Baptist Church, 510 E. Columbia Ave. Eaton, IN with Pastor Mark Wilkerson officiating.

Harold F. Clevenger


EATON, IN

Harold F. Clevenger, 87, passed away, Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

Harold was born in Delaware County on February 17, 1926 to Frank and Lillian (Curtis) Clevenger.  He served his country in the Navy during World War II.   On July 17, 1948, he married Betty Bailey in Eaton.   Together they would remain in the Eaton area where they raised their two daughters. 

Harold worked at Warner Gear as a machinist for 30 years, retiring in 1976.  Along with his wife Betty, he attended the Eaton First Church of God for many years and was a member of the Warner Gear Sympathy Club.   Harold was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He also enjoyed playing cards, especially Texas Hold’em, but most of all he enjoyed visiting with the people he played with. 

He is survived by his daughters, Dianna Studebaker (husband, Doug) of Albany, and Sandy Kirtley (husband, Terry) of Hartford City, four grandchildren: Shellie Goldman (husband, Sam), Tasha Fultz (husband, Gary), Kevin Kirtley (wife, Rachel), and Kirk Studebaker, eight great-grandchildren, Katie Studebaker, Tyler Kirtley, Randall Fultz, Rayel Kirtley, twins; Easton and Ava Kirtley, Chloe Goldman, and Sammy Goldman, two sisters; Barbara Rodgers, and Donna McAmis, sister-in-law, Shirley Clevenger, several niece and nephews, and his life-long friends, Lowell and Helen Rose, Gary and Liz Shonk, and Anna Garrett.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Betty, two  brothers and six sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on December 7, 2013 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton with Rev. John Long officiating. Burial with military honors by the Delaware County Veterans Honor Guard will follow in Union Cemetery, Eaton.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on December 6, 2013 and one hour prior to the funeral on Saturday, at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Harold’s long time doctor, Dr. Robert Suer for his great care and kindness.

In lieu of flowers memorials be made in his name to: The Little Red Door Cancer Services of East Central Indiana or the Wounded Warrior Project.
