Vickie S. Capps


EATON, IN
Vickie S. Capps, 57, passed away Friday, July 27, 2012 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
Vickie was born on February 17, 1955 in Muncie to Louis and Thelma (Bowling) Steinhall.  She graduated from Delta High School in 1973 and attended Ivy Tech and Ball State University.  She married Tommy Capps on November 1, 1997 in Windfall, Indiana.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Capps, two sons, Jackie L. Haffner, Jr. (Stephanie), and Steven Haffner (Julie), one daughter, Amy Marie Sneed (Michael), five grandchildren: Cierra Haffner, Ariel Haffner, Isaac Haffner, Isaiah Haffner, and Tina Crum, and former husband and best friend, Jackie L. Haffner, Sr.
Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Thelma Steinhall.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 am, Monday, July 30, 2012 in the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton with Rev. Chris Neel presiding.  Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory, Muncie.
Visitation for friends and family will be on Sunday, July 29, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made directly to the family.

Wyatt A. Mitchell


Muncie, IN
Wyatt Allen Mitchell, 31, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, July 23, 2012 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
Wyatt was born in Muncie, Indiana on April 20, 1981 to David and Linda (Babb) Mitchell.  He graduated from West Noble High School and worked as a handyman.   Wyatt loved his dog Medusa, she was his best friend.
He attended the Four Square Gospel Church South where is served as their soundtech.  Wyatt would make copies of the Sunday sermon and deliver them to those who could not attend. 
He is survived by his parents David and Linda Mitchell,  a sister, Becki Schumm (Nate), a brother, Dustin Mitchell, grandparents; Don and Darlene Mitchell, two aunts, Deb Mitchell, and Pat Rice (Mac), two uncles, Don Mitchell (Bonnie), and, Ron Babb (DeeDee),  a niece, Megan Mitchell, a nephew, Ethan Mitchell, step-niece, Samarah Schumm, and his special friend, Jeannette Davis.
Wyatt was preceded in death by his grandparents, Francis and John Williamson and an aunt, Phyllis Babb.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, July 27th 2012 at the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton, with Pastor Warren Willie presiding.  Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Eaton.
Visitation for friends and family will be on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
